大学生电信消费权益保护调查分析——以青海省大学生为例

摘　　要：通过对大学生为代表的电信消费群体对电信服务的质量评价调研梳理分析,针对运营商利用格式合同侵害消费者权益以及电信监管缺位等突出问题,提出有针对性的解决思路,为规制电信企业的不法经营行为,完善电信消费者权益保障机制,尽快出台电信立法提供有益的参考。Through the survey analysis,for operators to use format contract against the rights and interests of consumers and telecom regulation in the absence of other outstanding issues,the author puts forward suggestions according to the way of solving the problem,for the regulation of telecom enterprises illegal business behavior,improving telecommunications consumer rights and interests protection mechanism,as soon as the Telecom legislation to provide a useful reference.
