光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后营养生理的变化研究

摘　　要：光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后,饲养于柳树枝条中,然后放入适于其正常生长的气候箱中。定时进行观察,同时选择感染明显的幼虫,称量其体重、计算其取食量。结果表明:光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后取食量减少、体重增加变缓,营养生理变化显著。After the Anoplophora glabripennis infects the Metarhizium aunisopliae, raising in weeping willow branch.Then puts in the branch in the glassware,and puts in the Artificial Climate Incubator with the gauze seal. Fixed time carries on the observation day after day,simultaneously chooses has obvious feeling sickness characteristic polypite weighing its body weight and takes the appetite. The result indicated that,After the Anoplophora glabripennis infects the Metarhizium aunisopliae, has the remarkable influence to its nutrition and physiology, Causes its appetite, the incrementof body weight and the Utilization Ratio of food reduces.
