摘  要:提出了一种形状记忆合金(Shape memory alloy,SMA)丝驱动的自锁式馈源组件锁紧机构。该锁紧机构利用自锁原理实现锁紧,采用双路冗余的SMA丝实现解锁。为校验该锁紧机构的功能及性能,完成了原型机的生产,并开展了锁紧试验、电性能试验和高温环境试验。结果表明,该机构在1700 N的载荷下仍能保证可靠自锁,在2.5~4.0 A电流下均可正常工作,对应的解锁时间为15.8~4.2 s,功耗为140~95 J,此外,机构能在小于92℃的高温环境下正常工作。基于上述试验结果,该机构具有突出的锁紧性能、宽松的工作电流范围以及良好的高温性能,在空间旋转结构的锁紧方面具有非常大的工程应用潜力。An SMA-actuated self-locking mechanism is proposed in this article. This mechanism works with a selflocking principle,and two SMA wires are used to realize redundantly locking and unlockingin an actuator. In order to verify the proposed design scheme,several prototypes are fabricated,and locking test,electrical performance test and hightemperature environment survival test are carried out. The test results show that the mechanism can maintain locking state even under a load of 1700 N. It can operate well under a DC current from 2. 5 A to 4A,the corresponding response time and power consumption are 15. 8 ~ 4. 2 s and 140 ~ 95 J respectively. Moreover,this mechanism can operate normally when the environment temperature is under 92 ℃. Based on the test results,the locking mechanism possesses the advantages of remarkable locking performance,wide operation current and high survival temperature,and has great potential for the application in space rotary structures.
