摘　　要：在军队变革大背景和医学教育新趋势下,分析我军目前军事人才培养现状的基础上,从军队创新性人才特征、教学方法新特点、优化课程设计等方面分析了军医大学紧贴部队需求,不断深化创新意识,努力寻求实战型人才培养模式和实践,为军队改革教育实施方案、培养新形势下实战型军事医学人才提供参考和建议。In the context of military revolution and based on new trends in medical education, with an analysis of current status of the military personnel training, this paper seeks to understand the troops＇ requirements for a military medical university in the perspective of the features of innovative talents in the armed forces, the new features of teaching methods and curriculum design optimization. It aims to provide suggestions and recommendations for military medical universities in order to stick to units＇ requirements, constantly deepen the sense of innovation, seek practical talents training mode and practice, implement military reform education programs, and train combat medical personnel in the new situation.
