高等医学院校教务二级管理存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：校院二级管理体制普遍应用于我国高校,但在具体实施中由于受到传统教务管理模式的影响,导致教务二级管理不畅,尤其在高等医学院校,学科的特殊性以及整合课程的实施和教学改革的深入给教务二级管理工作带来了前所未有的挑战,使医学高等院校的教务管理工作面临诸多问题,通过分析教务二级管理实行的必然性以及在实践中存在的问题,理顺教务二级管理的关系,明确对教务二级管理人员的要求,以期更好地提高教务二级管理效能。The secondary management system widely used in domestic colleges and universities, be- cause of the influence of the traditional educational administration mode, the educational secondary management system was in poor management of the concrete implementation, especially in higher medical colleges and universities, the particularity of disciplines and integration of curriculum and deepening of teaching reform to teaching secondary management had brought unprecedented challen- ges, it made the work of educational administration of medical institutions of higher learning faced many problems, through the analysis of the necessity of teaching secondary management in practice, we made the relationship clear out of the teaching management of secondary, in order to increase the efficiency of secondary management of the educational administration better, which brings many problems, through the analysis of the necessity of teaching secondary management in practice, we made the relationship clear out of the teaching management of secondary, in order to increase the efficiency of secondary management of the educational administration better, which brings forward hu- manity character demand to educational administration personnel in the colleges and universities.
