完善医学生优秀传统文化教育的思考

摘　　要：优秀传统文化蕴含着大智、大真、大善、大美,它是中华民族的文化血脉和共有精神家园。完善医学生优秀传统文化教育是适应当代医学新模式的需要,是形成未来和谐医患关系以及塑造医学生高尚人格的需要。完善医学生优秀传统文化教育面临着如何定位准确角色,如何选择合理内容,如何探求较好方法等问题。针对面临的问题,提出的建议是要批判继承、要推陈出新、要渗透熏陶、要学以致用、要因材施教,以期达到培育具有"仁心仁术"的"仁医"目的。The excellent traditional culture contains great wisdom, great goodness, great beauty. It is the blood of the Chinese national culture and the common spiritual home. The new pattern of contem- porary medicine, the formation of the future harmonious doctor-patient relationship and the shape of medical students＇ noble personality needs to further improve the education of the excellent traditional culture for medical students. Facing the problems of how to locate the role exactly and to select the content reasonably and explore a better method etc. To solve these problems, my advice is that we must inherit it in a critical way, bring forth the new through the old, infiltrate and influence, use what we have learned, teach students in accordance with their aptitude in order to cultivate ＂a Ren doctor＂ ＂with both a benevolent heart and skill＂.
