摘  要:为了整体推进临床医学教育改革,全面提高医学人才培养质量,我国从2012年起开始在全国高校试点卓越医生教育培养计划。根据儿科的专业特点和儿科医生的成长规律,建议将儿科卓越医生项目分为入门基本功、儿科常见病的诊治、儿科疑难疾病诊治、儿科急诊和危急重症的诊治、科学研究、总结和结业六个阶段,逐步培养、引导学员成长为合格的儿科专科医生。In order to move forward the innovation of medical education and improve the training of physicians, China has started excellent doctor training program nationwide since 2012. Considering the specific features of pediatrics and the growth pattern of pediatricians, it is suggested in this study that the excellent pediatrician training program for postgraduates could be divided into six stages: bas- ic training, common diseases of pediatrics, difficult and complicated diseases, emergency and inten- sive care, scientific research, and summary and graduation. In this way, medical students could be gradually guided to be qualified pediatricians.
