新媒体在妊娠期糖尿病健康教育中的作用初探——以广州医科大学附属第三医院“糖妈妈俱乐部”为例

摘　　要：妊娠期糖尿病作为一种发病率剧增的慢性病,做好患者自我健康管理具有重要意义,而在指导患者进行自我健康管理实时动态跟进并及时调控,则需要耗费大量的医护人力,对临床工作造成了诸多挑战。以广医三院"糖妈妈俱乐部"运用微信新媒体在妊娠期糖尿病患者健康教育中的效果为例,探讨微信等新媒体在妊娠期糖尿病健康教育中的运用及作用,以期为诸如妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期高血压等慢性疾病患者长期健康管理提供更多经验借鉴。As an increased incidence of chronic diseases, gestational diabetes mellitus completes the pa- tients self-health management is of great significance. And in order to guide patient＇ s selhealth man- agement with real-time dynamic follow-up and timely adjustment, it requires a lot of health manpower that caused many challenges to clinical. ＂Tang- mama club＂ as an example in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University for using of WeChat new media in the effects of health edu- cation for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, to explore new media such as WeChat in Gesta- tional Diabetes Mellitus health education and the application effect, so as to set an example for all ges- tational diabetes mellitus or gestationai hypertension patients as long term health management for providing more clinical experience.
