摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,是提高临床医师队伍整体职业素质的重大措施,也是深化医改和医学教育改革的重大举措,对于保证临床医师专业水准和医疗服务质量具有不可替代性。现阶段全国大规模住培教学刚刚起步,生源层次差别较大,培训方法、考核模式、管理体系尚在探索和完善阶段。我院作为陕西省首批住院医师规范化培训基地,在实施过程中发现影响教学质量的瓶颈问题,结合医院本科生、研究生的临床实践教学经验,摸索出一套创新培训和考核方法,因材施教,综合培养,一定程度上提高了基地培训质量,为当地住培教学做出了积极有益的探索。Resident standardized training is also an important measure to improve the the medical education reform. Because of an important part of the medical students＇ education. It is overall professional quality of clinical doctors and to deepen the different levels of the residents, training methods, ex amination mode and management system is still imperfect. As the first training base of Shaanxi prov- ince, we found the bottleneck problems process which affects the level of teaching and worked out a set of innovative training and assessment methods to improve the quality of resident standardized training. It also made a positive and useful exploration for other local trainin~ bases.
