摘 要:本文的研究对象为小孔节流径向静压气体轴承,研究偏心率对轴承静态特性的影响以及小孔直径对压力的影响,通过静压气体轴承的承载能力、刚度以及供气量的无量纲计算,对小孔节流静压气体轴承进行数学建模,使用Matlab软件对小孔节流静压气体轴承进行静态特性分析,得到在高压状态不同偏心率下静压气体轴承的压力分布云图和压力等高线,以及供气孔直径大小不同时,轴承内轴向和周向的压力分布图。结果表明:轴承的承载力随着偏心率的增大而增大;刚度随着偏心率的增大而减小。In this paper,the orifice radial hydrostatic gas bearing was used as the research object. The impact of eccentricity on the static characteristics of bearing and the influence of pore diameter on pressure were analyzed. By calculating the carrying capacity,rigidity,and amounts of gas supply of hydrostatic gas bearing,the mathematical model of hydrostatic gas bearing orifice was established and Matlab software was used to perform static characteristic analysis on the orifice hydrostatic gas bearing. The high pressure contours and pressure distribution under different eccentricities and pressure distribution in axial direction and circumferential direction with different throttle orifices were obtained. The results showed that the bearing capacity increased as the bearing eccentricity increased,and the stiffness decreased as the bearing eccentricity increased.
