摘　　要：霉酚酸是一种选择性、非竞争性、可逆的次黄嘌呤单核苷酸脱氢酶(IMPDH)抑制药,其作为免疫抑制剂已被国内外广泛应用于移植器官急性排异反应以及自身免疫性疾病的预防和治疗。本文对霉酚酸的药代动力学、药效学及其相关性研究等作一综述。Mycophenolic acid（ MPA） is the reversible and noncompetitive inhibitor of inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase（ IMPDH）. It is widely used to prevent rejection after organ transplantation and treat autoimmune diseases,as an immunosuppressive agent. This article reviews the pharmacokinetics（ PK）,pharmacodynamics（ PD） and PK / PD correlation studies of MPA recently published.
