摘 要:以某型号MW级风力发电机组为研究对象。利用Aerodyn接口实时计算空气动力载荷,用Matlab/Simulink建立整机变桨控制数学模型。并利用多体动力学仿真软件SIMPACK,基于GL 2010规范在充分考虑各零部件的柔性、齿轮啮合的时变刚度及轴承刚度等因素下建立整机动力学模型。最终实现整机气-弹-控耦合联合仿真分析。该方法可较好地模拟风力机的耦合振动特性和变桨控制过程中风力机性能,为风力机振动特性和控制进行了一次有益探索。A type of MW-grade wind turbine as research object was used. Take advantage of Aerodyn interface calculating aerodynamic load, using Matlab/Simulink build the mathematic model of whole machine pitching control was built. Furthermore, the whole wind turbine dynamic model was built using multi-body dynamic simulation software SIMPACK, based on GL 2010 certification taking full consideration of each part' s flexibility, time-varying stiffness of gear mesh, bearing stiffness, etc. Finally achieve whole machine air-elastic-control co-simulation analysis. This method can well simulate the coupling vibration characteristics and wind turbine performance during pitching control which made a beneficial exploration for the wind turbine vibration characteristic research and control.
