摘  要:针对聚能战斗部设计过程中常见的有隔板装药在带金属钢壳后破甲穿深明显下降、穿深稳定性变差的问题,采用爆炸产物一维膨胀流动模型,分析了作用于药型罩的爆炸载荷影响射流形成和破甲威力下降的原因。对有隔板聚能战斗部在带钢壳后的装药结构参数进行匹配性设计,通过试验验证了带壳后聚能战斗部的破甲威力。结果表明,装药匹配性设计后,带壳聚能战斗部的破甲威力已与无壳时的水平相当,达约10倍装药直径;相比较其穿孔直径增大20%以上,使相对应的射流穿孔容积提高了40%。可见,装药匹配性设计既解决了聚能战斗部带壳后的穿深下降等问题,又提高了射流对装甲目标的破甲/毁伤后效。Aiming at the problems of the decrease in penetration depth and stability of the jet produced by the shaped charge with baffle and shell,the effects of explosive loading on the jet formation process and the reason of penetration depth reduction were analyzed by using one-dimensiona1 flow model. The matching designing on configuration parameters of the shaped charge with baffle and shell were carried out. The armor-penetrating powers of the warhead were studied by experiments. The results show that the penetration depth of the warhead with shell is almost same by comparison with the warhead without shell,but the penetration hole diameter is 20% greater and cubage is 40% greater. The matching designing on configuration parameters of the shaped charge not only solves the problem of penetration depth reduction produced by shell,but also increases the damage aftereffects of the jet attacking armoured target.
