彝药劳伤药抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察劳伤药的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法、棉球肉芽肿法,醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法观察劳伤药的抗炎作用,采用小鼠扭体法观察劳伤药的镇痛作用,采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型观察劳伤药对足肿胀的影响。结果:与模型组比较,劳伤药(5g/kg)能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀,抑制棉球致小鼠肉芽肿,抑制醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增加,抑制冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应,能明显减轻AA大鼠原发性和继发性关节肿胀。结论:劳伤药乙醇提取物有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。Objective To observe the anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects of Sarcandra. Methods The anti- inflammatory effects were observed by the methods of mice ear swelling,the cotton ball granuloma,the increase of capillary permeability of abdominal induced by acetic acid,The analgesia effects were observed by the methods of writhing body. The effect of paw swelling was observed by rat model of adjuvant arthritis（ AA）. Results Compared with model group,Sarcandra（ 5g / kg） could inhibit ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and the cotton ball granuloma,inhibit the increase of capillary permeability induced acetic acid,inhibit the writhing body reaction induced by acetic acid,Attenuated primary and secondary paw swelling of AA in rats. Conclusion Sarcandra has anti- inflammatory and analgesic effects.
