综合护理对40例急性胰腺炎情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察综合护理模式对急性胰腺炎患者的情绪及生活质量改善的影响。方法:选择急性胰腺炎患者80例,按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例;所有患者均给予非手术疗法。对照组采用常规护理模式。观察组在常规治疗基础上给予综合护理模式。比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分和生活质量评分;记录两组腹痛腹胀缓解、排便、肠鸣音恢复以及体温恢复正常所需时间。结果:观察组经综合护理后HAMA和HAMD评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SF-36量表各项指标评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);术后恢复指标包括腹胀、腹痛、排便、肠鸣音恢复以及体温恢复所需时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,加用综合护理模式可明显改善AP患者情绪和生活质量,促进患者恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care model on emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods 80 patients with acute pancreatitis from our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in each group according to the random number table. Both groups were treated with non- operative treatment. Patients in control group were given usual care. Patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing care model. Scores of anxiety depression,and life qualify were compared between two groups. Recovery time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension relief,defecate,bowel sounds recovery,and temperature recovering were recorded of both groups. Results After given comprehensive nursing care model,scores of HAMA and HAMD of observation group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Scores of each index in SF- 36 scale were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Recovery time of abdominal pain abdominal distension relief,defecate,bowel sounds recovery and temperature recovering in observation group were remarkably shorter than control group with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Based on conventional therapy,comprehensive nursing care model could improve emotion and life quality of patients with acute pancreatitis,and promote recovery of clinical symptoms.
