摘　　要：介绍了用于冷轧带钢成品线基于γ射线穿透性制造的测厚仪的工作原理及测量数学模型,并针对不同的偏差因素提出不同的补偿方法。采用该测量数学模型的测厚仪已投入使用,静态精度达到或接近国外同类产品水平,满足设计要求。The principle and mathematical model of the thickness measurement device based on γ ray for cold rolled strip product line are introduced. And different compensating methods are provided aiming at different deviation factors. The thickness measurement device using this mathematical model is put into use. Its static accuracy can reach or approach the level of similar products abroad,which satisfies the design requirements.
