摘 要:在带钢轧制过程中,测厚仪是重要的检测设备,厚度测量精度直接影响板材的质量。宝日1 800 mm轧机4架后测厚仪常出现通信干扰问题,针对设备的结构特点及故障产生的机理,对故障全面分析,确认信号电缆路由不当、接地系统不良、通信模块设计缺陷、RS232接口通信距离太长是引起厚度曲线异常的主要原因。通过研究分析,并根据相关理论依据,采取切实有效的措施,消除通信干扰问题,从而避免了厚度曲线异常的发生。Thickness gauge is an important detection device in the rolling process. The precision of thickness measuring directly affects the quality of plates. Communication interruptions often occur on the No. 4 thickness gauge of the 1 800 mm rolling mill. Research and analysis have been made combining with the characteristics of gauge structure and the failure mechanism. A conclusion is reached that the main causes of thickness curve abnormities are unsuitable cable routing,improper grounding system,design flaws of communication module,and long distance of RS232 interface communication.According to the relevant theoretical basis,the communication interruptions are eliminated by taking effective measures,and the thickness curve abnormities are avoided.
