摘　　要：根据焦炉烘炉温度监测系统测温点多、采集频率高、数据处理复杂等特点,介绍了温度监测系统硬件连接以及软件设计流程,采用组态王与VB混合编程,充分利用了组态王与硬件之间良好的通信功能,VB强大的数据处理能力以及界面友好特性。通过动态链接库实现组态王与VB之间进行实时访问,并给出了具体的实施方法。实际应用中,该系统稳定可靠。Considering the large number of monitoring points in the oven temperature system,the high temperature gathering frequency and the complexity of data processing,this article introduces the temperature monitoring system hardware connection and software design procedure. It combines VB and Kingview during programming,where the Kingview has great communication performance between software and hardware,and VB has powerful data processing ability and friendly interface. It can realize real-time access between Kingview and VB by DDE,and give the specific method to implement it. In the practical application,the system is stable and reliable.
