摘　　要：文章在对学术期刊产业链结构分析的基础上,探讨了中文学术期刊市场走向无序的原因和具体表现,通过研判其未来发展演化趋势,提出应加快独家授权、建立期刊品牌与独立发行平台、创建独立品牌的文摘索引数据库等具体对策。Based on the analysis of academic journal industrial chain,this paper investigates the reasons and performances of disorders.Through the judgment of trend of Chinese academic journals industry,the authors give three countermeasures including accelerating exclusive licensing,establishing journal brand with its independent service platform,and independent abstracting/indexing service.
