摘　　要：冲裁模是加工零件的重要工艺装备。它的使用寿命直接影响产品的质量和成本。从冲裁模失效形式着手,系统分析了冲裁模在设计、制造、安装、使用和维护保养过程中影响其寿命的因素,并提出了对应的提高冲裁模寿命的措施。Blanking die is an important craft equipment of blanking pieces. The using life of blanking die directly influences the product quality and cost. Beginning from the blanking die failure forms, the paper systemic analyzes the affection factors of the punch die life in the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance process. Finally, present the corresponding improvement measures to enhance the using life of the blanking die.
