经皮肝穿刺胆道引流及内支架置入治疗恶性梗阻性黄疸术后并发症的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道引流及胆道支架置入术后常见并发症的原因及护理,促进患者术后康复。方法通过对施行了经皮肝穿刺胆道引流及胆道内支架置入术的48例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 48例患者中,14例出现了术后并发症,包括胆道出血1例,胆道感染7例,胆汁漏4例,胆道外引流管堵塞1例,引流管脱落1例。结论掌握经皮肝穿刺胆道引流及胆道支架置入后可能发生的并发症及其护理,可以减少或避免并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,促进患者的康复。Objective To analyze the cause and nursing care of complications with malignant obstructive jaundice who were treated with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage and biliary stent placement,so as to Promote the postoperative recovery.Methods Clinical data for 48 patients with malignant biliary obstructive jaundice were analyzed retrospectively.Results 14 cases had complications,1cases with biliary tract bleeding,7cases were found with biliary tract infections,4 cases with biliary fistula,1 cases with the drainage tube obstruction,1 cases with drainage tube prolapse.Conclusions The proper nursing cares in the perioperative period of interventional operations are extremely important to ovoid or reduce the complications so as to alleviate the suffering and Promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
