出版国家统一法律类专业核心教材之刍议

摘　　要：十八届四中全会提出要创新法治人才培养机制,编写和全面采用国家统一的法律类专业核心教材。出版国家统一法律类专业核心教材有益于培养政治立场坚定和法律功底扎实的专业人才,但施行过程中可能会遇到来自高校、市场和舆论的阻力。国家统一法律类专业核心教材是造就熟悉和坚持中国特色社会主义法治体系人才的重要举措,应当坚决贯彻,施行中需要注意教材编写者的权威性和代表性;需要注意使教材的内容丰富,观点鲜明适当;要考虑施行教材免费化以减少推进阻力;要确立责任机制,推动法学院系积极采用国家统一教材。The fourth plenary session of the eighteenth proposed to innovate the law personnel training mechanism, compose and use national unified legal professional core textbooks. Publishing national unified legal professional core textbooks is beneficial to cultivate professionals who have a strong political standpoint and a solid legal foundation, but we will encounter resistance from colleges, markets and public opinions during the implementation process. Let our country to unify the core teaching materials of legal professional is an important measure to create the talents familiar with and adhere to the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Firstly, we must implement the measure resolutely and pay attention to the compilation and representative of the authority during the implementation; secondly, we should pay attention to enrich the content of the teaching materials and make the viewpoint distinct and appropriate; thirdly, we could consider the implementation of teaching materials free of charge to reduce the resistance of promoting; finally, we need to establish responsibility mechanism and promote law department to use national unified teaching materials actively.
