连续舒适护理对老年髋部骨折术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨连续舒适护理对老年髋部骨折术后患者的影响。方法选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2013年8月～2015年8月收治的90例老年髋部骨折患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各45例。对照组仅给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予连续舒适护理，对比两组患者Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前Hariss髋关节评分及Barthel指数评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者护理后Hariss髋关节评分及Barthel指数评分较护理前升高，观察组较对照组升高更加显著（P〈0．05）。两组患者护理前SAS及SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。两组患者护理后SAS及SDS评分较护理前降低，观察组较对照组降低更加显著（P〈0．05）。对照组的护理满意度为68．89％，观察组的护理满意度为93．33％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论连续舒适护理应用于老年髋关节骨折术后的临床工作中具有显著效果，可提高Hariss髋关节评分、Barthel指数评分，降低SAS评分、SDS评分，提升患者对护理人员的满意度。Objective To explore influnce of continuous comfortable nursing on elderly patients with hip fracture surgery. Methods 90 elderly patients with hip fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by taking random number table method, there were 45 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing only, observation group was given continuous comfortable nursing on the basis of control group. Hariss hip score, Barthel index score, SAS score and SDS score, nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results Before nursing, Hariss hip score and Barthel index score between two groups had no significant differences （P 〉 0.05）. Hariss score and the Barthel index score in two groups after nursing were higher than before nursing, observation group increased more sig- nificantly than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Before nursing, SAS score and SDS score between two groups had no signifi- cant differences （P 〉 0.05）. SAS score and SDS score in two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing, obser- vation group decreased more significantly than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of control group was 68.89%, nursing satisfaction of observation group was 93.33%, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Con- tinuous comfortable nursing applied in elderly hip fracture in clinical work has a significant effect. It can improve Hariss hip score, Barthel index score, reduce SAS score and SDS score, improve nursing satisfaction of patient.
