摘　　要：目的观察银离子泡沫敷料在改善造口患者水肿、舒适度及生存质量中的效果，了解其在造15患者中的应用价值。方法选取2013年7月～2015年6月中国医科大学附属盛京医院70例造口患者为研究对象．采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各35例。对照组行常规治疗及护理。观察组在此基础上加用银离子泡沫敷料进行干预。比较两组患者干预前后不同时期的水肿程度、舒适度及生存质量评分。结果干预前两组患者的水肿程度、舒适度及生存质量评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后1、3、5d及7d，观察组的水肿程度均低于对照组，舒适度均高于对照组，干预后1、2周及4周的生存质量评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论银离子泡沫敷料在改善造15患者水肿、舒适度及生存质量中的效果较好，因此其在造口患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To observe the effect of silver ion foam dressing in improving the edema, comfort degree and life quality of patients with stoma, and to understanding the application value of silver ion foam dressing in patients with stoma. Methods From July 2013 to June 2015, 70 patients with stoma in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical Univer- sity were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, 35 cases in each group. Patients of the control group were given the conventional treatment and nursing, and the observation group was intervened with silver ion foam dressing in addition. Edema degree, comfort de- gree and life quality of two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results The edema degree, comfort de- gree and life quality of two groups before the intervention had no significant differences （P 〉 0.05）; the edema degree of observation group at 1, 3, 5 and 7 d after intervention was lower than that of the control group, the comfort degree was higher than that of control group, and the life quality score at 1, 2 and 4 week after intervention were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Silver ion foam dressing has good effect in improving the edema, comfort degree and life quality of patients with stoma, and has high application value in patients with stoma.
