摘　　要：一面窗子,两个世界。窗既是建筑与自然之间的气候屏障,也是建筑与自然之间的气候通道。窗的这种双重角色集中折射出建筑与自然之间"防"与"用"的辩证关系。该文通过对窗的起源及进化形态的追溯,辨析了建筑从"掩体"向"过滤器"的演进脉络,以此我们能够对建筑的本质以及建筑的生态进化方向建立更为深刻清醒的认识。A window divides two worlds. Windows are interfaces between indoor spaces and outdoor space. They act two roles in buildings for climate： obstructing and passing. By tracing the original and progressive forms of window, we can see how the buildings had been changing to ＂fi lters＂ from ＂shelters＂, then we will understand the nature of buildings and the future orientation of ecological buildings deeply.
