摘　　要：特色街区作为城市公共空间的表现形式之一,集城市优越的区域位置、独特的文化氛围、多重的社会功能于一身,在满足人类物质文明、精神文明同步繁荣的同时,还赋予城市发展无限活力与魅力。该文以苏州十全街为例,借鉴国内外遗产保护理论,从地域性和文化性的思想理念出发引导城市特色街区的有机更新,分析总结城市特色街区的保护原则及有机更新模式,将体验经济原理及特色街区的价值分析相结合,提出城市特色街区有机更新的策略。As one of the forms of urban public space, characteristic district has superior location in the city, unique cultural atmosphere and multiple social functions in promoting the prosperity of human material and spiritual civilization at the same time, as well as endowing urban development with infi nite vitality and charm. Taking Suzhou Shiquan Street as an example, we drew lessons from domestic and international theory of heritage protection, studied the organic renewal of urban characteristic district from regional and cultural ideas. Then we analyzed and summarized the protection principle and organic renewal mode of urban characteristic district. Combining the principle of experience economy and the value of characteristic district, fi nally we put forward the strategy of organic renewal of urban characteristics district.
