摘 要:为了获得变速器敲击噪声产生机理和参数影响规律,针对国产某型机械式变速器敲击噪声问题,建立传动系统空转齿轮敲击动力学模型。基于齿轮敲击噪声与敲击强度关系模型,以变速器整体敲击噪声最小化为目标函数,利用直接积分和遗传算法对各挡齿轮等效质量和齿侧间隙进行优化,优化后整体敲击噪声最大降幅达到4.0d B,变速器系统NVH性能得到明显改善。该研究对指导变速器齿轮传动系统低噪声设计具有理论意义和实用价值。In order to obtain the mechanism of rattle noise of a domestic transmission system and the influencing law of the parameters on the noise, the rattle dynamic model of an idler gear of the transmission system were established. With the minimization of the rattle noise in the transmission system as the objective function, the equivalent mass and gear backlash for each idler gear were optimized by means of immediate integration and genetic algorithm. After the optimization, the maximum rattle noise was reduced by 4.0 dB and the NVH performances were improved significantly. This study has a theoretical significance and a practical value for the instruction in low noise design of transmission systems.
