摘　　要：渤海油田有部分油井及水源井结垢严重,检泵周期短、电泵故障率高。开发了2种主要结构形式的防垢潜油电泵,主要由潜油泵、潜油电机、潜油保护器及防垢分离器或防垢装置组成。有效地解决了结垢问题,在渤海油田油井及水源井使用取得了显著的效果。Scale exists seriously in some of the oil wells and water wells in Bohai oilfield.It results in pump operation cycle shorten and pump failure rate to rise.In order to solve this problem,an antiscale ESP is developed.This technology is mainly composed of submersible pump,submersible motor,submersible protector and antiscale separator or antiscale devices.There are two main structural forms.This technology there are more than 30 sets of this ESP used in Bohai oilfield, solve effectively the problem of scale formation in the oil wells and water wells.The results show that the development of the antiscale ESP can meet the need of oilfield production.
