摘 要:以乙烯基硅烷偶联剂为改性剂,选择合适的温度水解后,对沉淀白炭黑表面进行改性。探讨了改性剂用量、温度、时间等因素对改性效果的影响。通过正交实验,得出最优化条件为:用乙烯基三乙氧基作改性剂时,每10.00 g白炭黑改性剂用量为4.00 g,时间30 min,温度70℃,在此条件下改性产物活化度可达到95%以上。通过红外光谱分析可知,乙烯基硅烷偶联剂水解后与白炭黑表面发生了化学键合。Vinyl silane coupling agent as modifier,selection the appropriate temperature for hydroly-sis,precipitated silica surface was modified.Effects of dosage of modifier,temperature,time on the modifica-tion were discussed.The optimal conditions for the surface modification by orthogonal experiment were con-cluded as using vinyl triethoxy as modifier,with every 10.00 g silica modifier dosage of 4.00 g,the modifica-tion time for 30 minutes,modification temperature of 70 ℃.Under such conditions,the modified product acti-vation degree could be reached more than 95%.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that there was chemi-cally bonding formation between hydrolyzed vinyl silane coupling agent and silica surface.
