摘　　要：精己二酸中水分和硝酸盐的含量是影响产品质量的主要指标。对影响产品质量的因素进行了分析,通过调整粗精酸结晶器、粗精酸增稠器、粗精离心机、干燥流化床等设备的操作参数,达到了提升产品质量的目的。The content of nitrate and water in fine adipic acid is the main indicators affecting the qual-ity of product.The factors affecting the products were analyzed and discussed.By adjusting the crude fine a-dipic acid crystallizer,the crude fine adipic acid thickener,the crude fine adipic acid centrifuges,drying flu-idized bed and other equipments,the goal to impove the product quality can be achieved.
