摘 要:在某啤酒厂污水处理改造中,针对啤酒厂污水排放的主要来源,采用UASB+CASS工艺进行啤酒废水处理。该项目运行5年以来,运行结果表明,啤酒废水处理中采用UASB处理效果并不是十分理想。因此经过大量的试验证明,通过对UASB反应器进水配水均匀性的改善,出水中COD会显著降低且运行稳定,对后续的CASS处理效果也有明显改善。所以,合理的配水方式既保证了啤酒废水的处理效果,而且运行费用也比较低,达标排放也更安全可靠。According to the main source of sewage discharge in a beer factory,the UASB+CASS process was used in the technical modification of a brewery waste water treatment.After 5 years of project operation,the results show that beer wastewater treatment using UASB treatment effect is not very satisfactory.After a lot of experiments,it is proved that through the improvement of the uniformity of water distribution in the UASB re-actor,the COD in the effluent is significantly reduced and the operation is stable,and the effect of CASS treatment on the follow-up is also improved significantly.Therefore,the rational distribution of water cannot only ensure the treatment effect of brewery wastewater,but also operating costs are relatively low,the standard discharge is more safe and reliable.
