摘　　要：KL 15型制氧制氮车因运输和停放等原因 ,致使开车时 ,时有故障发生 :如产品的产量纯度达不到要求 ;水泵、空压机、四缸制冷机有异常声音 ;电控系统发生故障 ;三通切换阀“卡死”。并对这些故障提出了解决办法。Troubles often occur when model KL 15 oxygen/nitrogen production trucks being put into the first operation owing to transportation and parking positions etc.The following troubles may occur:the output and purity of products are below the specifications;abnormal noises in water pump,air compressor or four cylinder refrigerator;failure of electrical control system ; ' blocking'of three way switching valve.The paper puts forward the precautions corresponding to these troubles.
