摘 要:针对新型光电装备特点及军民融合背景下装备维修保障工作的实际需求,站在军方立场提出开展延伸保修以满足质量保证期后装备维修保障需求。从差别性、选择性、评价性角度指出延伸保修与保证期内技术服务工作的区别,分析了延伸保修在军民融合式装备保障中的应用意义,目前开展现状和存在问题。根据装备实际任务需求、经济性评价、维修决策理论等方面,形成了适用于新型光电装备的延伸保修决策分析流程,并从保修形式选择与评价、费用估算、与其他任务组合优化等不同内容出发,对后续可能的研究方向进行了探讨。Aiming at the features of new-type photoelectric equipment and actual demand of equipment maintenance support in the civil-military integration (CMI)background,the paper addres-ses the needs of equipment maintenance support after the warranty term from the military point of view.The paper points out the differences between extended warranty and the technical service in the warranty term from the aspects of difference,selection,and evaluation,analyzes the practical mean-ing,development and issues of extended warranty in the CMI equipment support.From the aspects like demand of actual equipment tasks,evaluation of cost-economics and theories on maintenance deci-sion making,the author forms an extended warranty decision-making analysis flow suit for the new-type photoelectric equipment and discusses on the possible further study starting from selection and evaluation of warranty form,cost estimation and combination and optimization with other tasks,etc.
