摘　　要：针对我军装甲装备战备器材储备改革"为什么改""怎么改""改什么"等问题,在分析我军装甲装备战备器材储备改革动因的基础上,归纳了装甲装备战备器材储备改革的目标与原则,从调整战备器材储备标准体系、完善战备器材保障机制、创新战备器材保障手段等方面构想了装甲装备战备器材储备改革思路。To tackle the issues facing the PLA’s reform in combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment such as “why we should reform”“how to reform”and “what we should reform”,based on the motivation of the PLA’s reform in combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment,the author summarizes the objectives and principles of reform in combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment and proposes the way to reform in combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment from several as-pects like adjusting the standard system of combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment,comple-ting the support mechanism of combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment and making innova-tion in the support methods of combat-readiness reserves of armored equipment,etc.
