摘　　要：近年来胃溃疡临床发病率迅速增加,相关病因、药理研究也在不断深入,本文对胃溃疡造模方法进行汇总。除了一些经典造模方法外,还总结了幽门螺杆菌、海尔曼螺杆菌感染动物及细胞造模方法,以及半幽门结扎、半幽门结扎+贲门肌切开术、基因敲除法、蛋白缺失等造模方法。With the raise of the morbidity of gastric ulceration, related research on its cause and pharmacology is also increasing. Besides some classic methods, the article summarizes some new models, such as infection of Helicobacter pylori or H. heilmanii, semi-H ligation, gene knockout and protein deficiency.
