对我院一时间段门急诊丙氨酰谷氨酰胺处方专项点评

摘　　要：抽取门急诊2015年1-6月所有使用丙氨酰谷氨酰胺处方4757张,根据《医院处方点评管理规范》、药品说明书等,对其合理性进行点评.不合理处方842张,占17.7%,其中适应症不合理处方396张,占8.32%,配伍不合理处方446张,占9.38%.丙氨酰谷氨酰胺用于腹痛、发热、恶心呕吐等属适应症不合理;除搭配溶媒外加用胰岛素、硫酸镁、维生素C等,属配伍不合理.故通过制定本院的处方点评标准,以提升该品合理用药水平.To extract the alanyl-glutamine prescription from January to June in 2015, and review its rationality according to Hospital management practices prescription reviews and Drug Instructions. A total of842 unreasonable copies were collected, which accounted for 17.7%. There were 396 inappropriate adaptation copies, accounting for 8.32%. And there were 446 unreasonable combinations, accounting for 9.38%.Inappropriate adaptations include using alanyl-glutamine for abdominal pain, fever,nausea and vomiting. And unreasonable combination includes blending Insulin, magnesium sulfate, vitamin C except for menstruum. So we can improve the level of rational drug use by setting the standard of the prescription of our hospital.
