摘　　要：目的:提出对成年人下睑眶隔脂肪定量、定位的测量以指导下睑袋整形术的手术方式的思路,寻找恰当的测量方法,提高手术方式的科学性。方法:应用多普勒彩超及螺旋CT平扫测量对正常人群和下睑袋明显者进行测量对比,寻求更有意义的测量方法。结果:通过螺旋CT测量、定位对比发现,应用螺旋CT平扫可以指导眶隔脂肪的位置及体积变化。结论:螺旋CT测量可以对下睑袋整形手术方式进行科学指导。Objective To introduce a method of quantitative measuremen and positioning measurement for the orbital fat apart of lower eyelid, to guide the method of the lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods To search for more meaningful measurement method by Doppler colour ultra and CT, between the normal people and pouch patient. Results The check weith CT can measure the location and volume. Conclusion Spiral CT can scientific guidance to lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
