摘　　要：目的:探讨改良后静脉头皮针在隆鼻患者术后吸痰中的应用。方法:回顾我院于2015年1月-2016年1月行隆鼻术患者20例,术后给予改良静脉头皮针行鼻腔吸痰。结果:隆鼻患者术后给予改良静脉头皮针行鼻腔吸痰,可有效保护鼻腔粘膜、明显改善患者通气,增加患者术后舒适度,提高患者住院期间满意度。结论:鼻整形患者术后吸痰护理中应用改良后静脉头皮针,是一种简单、易行、有效的方法。Objective To investigate the using of modified scalp acupuncture among rhinoplastic sputum suction nursing. Methods During Jan.2015 to Jan.2016,this method was adopted on 20 patients after the rhinoplastic operation. Results This method we used after the rhinoplastic operation could protect patients＇ nasal mucous effectively,the patients were more easier to accept sputum suction nursing. Conclusion This method is simpler, easier and more effective.
