摘　　要：目的探索江苏地区汉族人群血小板表面CD36抗原缺失型表型的多态性。方法应用流式细胞技术检测江苏地区140位献血者血小板表面CD36抗原的表达,以及对血小板表面CD36抗原缺失的标本,进一步检测其单核细胞表面CD36的表达。结果 140名献血者中,血小板表面CD36抗原表达缺失的有4例,缺失型频率为2.86%,其中I型缺失占0.71%(1/140),Ⅱ型缺失占2.14%(3/140)。结论江苏地区汉族人群中,CD36抗原表型具有多态性,血小板表面CD36抗原缺失型个体的频率略低于亚洲其他国家人群;其中CD36抗原Ⅱ型缺失比例高于Ⅰ型缺失。Objective To explore the polymorphisms of CD36 antigen deficiency on the platelets（PLTs） surface of the Han population in Jiangsu region. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the CD36 antigen expression on PLTs in 140 blood donors in Jiangsu region. Donors without CD36 antigen expression on their PLTs surface were further to be determined the expression of CD36 antigen on their peripheral blood monocyte cells. Results Of the 140 healthy blood donors analyzed, 4 individuals failed to express CD36 antigen on PLTs and the rate of CD36 deficiency was 2.86%; One of them without CD36 on PLTS expressed no CD36 antigen on his PBMCs either. The rates of Type I and Type II CD36 deficiency among the study population were 0.71%（1/140） and 2.14%（3/140）, respectively. Conclusion The CD36 antigen phenotype is polymorphic in the Jiangsu Han population, and the rate of the Type II CD36 deficiency was higher than that in Type I. The study findings indicated that the frequency of CD36 deficiency in the Chinese population is slightly lower than that in other Asian countries.
