摘　　要：近年来,随着对人类疾病认识的加深,细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)蛋白引起了学者们的广泛关注。Asporin是近年来在ECM中新发现的一种富含亮氨酸的小分子蛋白多糖(small leucine rich proteoglycan,SLRP)。目前很多研究表明,A sporin在人类多种疾病(炎症性疾病、退化性疾病和肿瘤)的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用。本文就Asporin在人类疾病中的研究现状作一综述。Recently, increasing researches revealed that extracellular matrix（ECM） proteins play important roles in human disease development. Asporin is one of the components in ECM, which belongs to the family of small leucine rich proteoglycan（SLRP）. It has been revealed that Asporin is associated with various human diseases. Therefore, we perform an overview of the researches between Asporin and human disease.
