摘  要:目的探讨西门子双源CT FAST DE技术在去除腰椎金属内固定物伪影中的价值。方法选取35例我院腰椎金属内固定物置入术后复查的病人,行双源CT的双能量扫描模式,并选择FAST DE序列,得到100 k V、140k V、混能图像及FAST DE的图像。将FAST DE图像设置为A组,100 k V、140 k V图像用单能谱技术后处理得到120ke V的图像设置为B组。由2名5年以上工作经验的影像诊断医师对两组图像进行评分,并对A、B两组图像得分进行统计学分析,采用配对资料的符号秩和检验。结果 A、B两组均能提供较好的图像质量,且两组图像得分差异没有统计学意义(P=0.29)。但A组较B组的优势在于省去了繁琐的后处理工作,更快速更高效的完成检查。结论双源CT的FAST DE技术在去除腰椎金属内固定物伪影方面,在相同的图像质量前提下,比单能谱技术更快速、便捷。Objective To investigate the clinical value of FAST DE technique on dual source dual energy CT in reduc- ing lumbar fusion metallic artefacts. Methods Thirty five patients with previous lumbar fusion surgeries underwent dual- energy CT scan ( 100 kV and 140 kV), while chose the FAST DE series. Two sets of images were obtained from the origi- nal DE images. For group A, images were reconstructed by using FAST DE algorithm, and for group B, the images were calculated from dual energy post processing application " Monoenergetic" at 120 keV. All images were reviewed independ- ently by two radiologists with five or more years of experience. Wilcoxong signed rank test was used for statistical analysis between group A and B. Results Both group A and group B could provide images with good quality. The difference of subjective image quality scores of two groups was not statistical significant ( P = 0.29 ). But FAST DE without complicated post-treatment process was quicker and more efficient than Monoenergetic. Conclusion FAST DE technique of Dualsource CT was better, more rapid and convenient than Monoenergetic with same good image quality,in reducing lumbar fusion metallic artefacts.
