摘 要:针对可压缩流体内部流动数值模拟实例较少的现状,采用Workbench平台的Fluent软件,以拉法尔喷嘴为模型、水蒸气为介质对喷嘴内部流动进行了数值模拟研究,通过探索模拟条件的设置及收敛判别方法,使模拟结果接近理论计算值,完成了模型的校正过程。研究了边界参数对蒸汽喷嘴工作性能的影响规律,得出模拟采用压力入口边界条件与质量入口边界条件结果一致,但对于不同的参数收敛难易不同;拉法尔蒸汽喷嘴入口压力与流量成正比,流速取决于关键截面几何尺寸,出口环境压力若大于等于临界压力会出现流动堵塞状况。In view of the present situation that there are fewer inner flow numerical simulation examples for compressible fluid, Fluent of the Workbench platform with Laval nozzle is adopted as the model, and water vapor is adopted as the medium to carry out numerical simulation studies on the internal flow of the nozzle. Through settlements of certain constraints and convergence methods, the simulated result is close to theoretical calculating values, and the correction of the model is completed. The influence of boundary parameters on the performance of the steam nozzle is studied. The simulation results are in agreement with the pressure inlet boundary and the qual- ity inlet boundary, but the convergence levels is different. Laval steam nozzle inlet pressure is proportional to flow rate, the flow rate depends on the critical cross section geometry, and of the outlet pressure of the environment is greater than the critical pressure, flow blockage will appear.
