摘 要:应用ANSYS有限元软件对某含有体积型缺陷的X80钢级管道进行模拟,分析不同缺陷深度、间距、间距排列方向下的应力变化。结果显示,缺陷深度是影响应力集中的主要因素。同深度下沿轴向排列的双凹坑缺陷的应力集中系数大于单个凹坑缺陷的应力集中系数,且最大主应力出现在2个凹坑相交的边缘处。沿环向排列的双凹坑缺陷的应力集中系数小于单个凹坑缺陷的应力集中系数,凹坑间距并没有产生较大影响,最大主应力出现在凹坑底部。采用GB/T 19624—2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》对该含体积型缺陷的压力管道进行缺陷评定,结果显示,在实例条件下该X80钢级管道安全可靠。The X80 steel pressure pipe with volume type defects was simulated by finite element software ANSYS, the stresses of pipe under different defect depth, distance and orient distribution is analyzed, the results show that defect depth is the main factors influencing the stress concentration. With the same depth of the double pits locating along axial arrangement stress concentration factor is more than a single indentation, and the maximum principal stress in the pit intersecting edge, the double pits locating along circumferential arrangement stress concentration factor is less than those of a single indentation, indentation spacing is not a larger impact, maximum principal stress in the bottom of the pit. Application of GB/T 19624 2004 Safety Assessmerit for Pressure Vessels Containing Volume Type Defects, the result indicate that the X80 steel pressure pip under the condition of safety and reliability in the instance.
