摘　　要：介绍了针对长庆油田在水套加热炉使用过程中暴露出结垢和腐蚀严重、火筒和盘管维修频繁的实际问题,在对加热炉结构和热力特性进行优化的基础上研发的可抽式水套加热炉及其应用效果。新的可抽式水套加热炉克服了传统加热炉维修工艺复杂的缺点,提高了加热炉热效率和维修互换性,现场应用效果良好。Scaling and corrosion, fire and coil repair frequent problems exposed in the water jacket heater in the used process in Changqing Oilfield, based on the heating furnace structure and thermodynamic optimization, pumping type heating furnace was developed. In the repair, the fire tube and coil out of repair after the installation overcome the traditional heating furnace repair process complexity, the heat efficiency of the furnace and repair interchangeability are improved, after field application effect is good, has higher application value.
