数值模拟流体参数对管道收缩断面气穴的影响

摘  要:应用Fluent软件数值模拟管道收缩断面处流体在不同工况下水的最小体积分数和流速分布,探索入口水流温度、速度及压力对管道内气穴的影响。研究结果发现入口水流温度越高、流速压力越大越容易导致气穴的形成,气穴发生程度比较严重的区域水流速度相比其它区域会急剧增加,该研究结果建议在原管段的基础上通过扩宽收缩断面临近管段的管径,使同一工况下流经收缩断面的水流速度有所降低,有助于减小气穴的强度。For exploring the influence of inlet water temperature,speed and pressure on the cavitation in a pipeline,the minimum volume fraction of water and the velocity distribution of fluid in the contraction section of pipeline were simulated with the Fluent numerical simulation software under different working conditions. It found that the cavitation is formed more easily with the rise of inlet water temperature or the increase of velocity or pressure. Comparing to other areas,the flow velocity of water will increase dramatically in the region where cavitation is formed more seriously. For reducing the flow rate of flowing through the contraction section under the same condition,and further reducing the cavitation intensity,the results of this study suggest that the pipe diameter near a contraction section of pipeline can be enlarged on the basis of original pipeline section.
