摘　　要：冬凌草甲素为贝壳杉烯型二萜类化合物,具有良好的体外抗肿瘤活性,虽然体外活性强,但由于水溶性差、生物利用度低、口服难以吸收等缺点,极大地限制了其临床应用。为了寻找具有更高活性和更好生物利用度的化合物,以开发新的抗肿瘤药物,综述研究者对冬凌草甲素进行的结构改造和修饰的进展。Oridonin is an en-kaurene diterpenoids compound which was found to have effect on tumor in vitro.But the clinical application has been limited because of poor water solubility,low bioavailability and oral absorption.Many scholars conducted a large number of structure modification researches of oridonin to search for new diterpenes with higher bio-activities and better bio-availabilities,and to develop new antitumor drugs.In this paper,studies on this aspect of oridonin were reviewed.
