摘 要:目的:建立丹芩消郁合剂的质量控制方法,为保证产品质量提供理论依据。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中黄芩、白芍等主要药味进行定性鉴别研究;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱图中能清晰检出样品中黄芩、白芍、当归成分;当峰面积与黄芩苷含量呈线性关系时(R2=0.9994),黄芩苷进样浓度在0.0188mg/ml^1.2mg/ml范围内;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.7%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简单、重复性强、专属性强、准确,可有效地控制丹芩消郁合剂的质量。Objective To establish the quality control method of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture,provide the basis for control the product quality. Methods Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture were qualitative identified by TLC; the HPLC method was adopted to determine the baicalin content. Results Radix Scutellariae,Radix paeoniae alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis in Danqinxiaoyu Mixture could be detected by TLC; the sample size of baicalin within the concentration range of0. 0188 mg / ml ~ 1. 2mg / ml had good linear relationship with the peak area( R2= 0. 9994); the average recovery rate was100. 3%,RSD = 1. 7%. Conclusion: The established method is strongly specific,accurate and simple,and can better control the quality of Danqinxiaoyu Mixture.
