摘　　要：目的:观察运用《内经》发蒙针法针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:将62例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组31例。治疗组采用"发蒙针"法针刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.3%,对照组为74.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用"发蒙针"法针刺治疗神经性耳鸣是一种有效的方法,临床值得推广运用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of using Fameng Acupuncture Method for treating nervous tinnitus.Methods： 62 cases of nervous tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,31 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by Fameng Acupuncture Method,the controlled group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 3%,74. 2% in the controlled group,with significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The use of Fameng Acupuncture Method in the treatment of nervous tinnitus is an effective method,is worthy of clinical promotion.
