河车路行罐配合擦法治疗糖尿病抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察河车路行罐配合擦法对糖尿病后抑郁症的治疗作用。方法:将108例患者随机分为治疗组和药物组,每组54例。治疗组采用河车路行罐配合擦法治疗,药物组口服百忧解作对照,分别于治疗前、治疗后(第四周末)、治疗后随访时,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、健康调查简易量表(SF-36)、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI-II)评定病情和疗效。治疗前、治疗后(第四周末)检测血常规、肝功能(ALT AST)、肾功能(BUN CR)、尿常规情况。结果:治疗组与药物组治疗后比较,HAMD、SF-36、Beck自评量表评分没有显著差异(P>0.05),但各组组内治疗前后比较HAMD、BDI-II评分均明显下降(P<0.05),SF-36评分明显升高(P<0.05)。治疗组出现4例,药物组出现2例不良反应。结论:河车路行罐配合擦法对糖尿病后抑郁症有良好疗效,且不良反应少,安全简便,综合疗效优于盐酸氟西汀胶囊。Objective： To compare the effects of moving cupping and embrocating on Hechelu in treatment of depression resulting from diabetes. Methods： One hundred and eight cases were randomly divided into 2groups,a treatment group and a medication group,54 cases in each group. Patients in the treatment group received moving cupping and embrocating on Hechelu treatment. The medication group were treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride Capsules. The Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD）,SF-36 and Beck Depression Inventory（ BDI） were used to assess the disease severity efficacy before treatment,after the treatment and 42 days later separately. Before treatment test of complete blood count,the liver functions（ ALT,AST）,the kidney functions（ BUN,CR） and urinalysis. Results： After the treatment,HAMD,SF-36 and BDI scores were no significant differences between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. But HAMD and BDI scores were all reduced apparently in both the treatment group and the medication group（ all P〈0. 05）,and SF- 36 scores were all markedly elevated（ all P〈0. 05）. In the medication group had4 cases of adverse reactions. Conclusion： The combined therapy of moving cupping and embrocating on Hechelu achieves the effect in treatment of depression resulting from diabetes and has less side effects and high safety. The efficacy is superior to fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules.
