摘  要:针对攀枝花红格南矿区钒钛磁铁矿冶炼的钒渣焙烧后浸出液中含砷较高,传统工艺处理时得到的钒产品中砷含量高于国家标准的情况,采用铁盐法除砷,制备高纯的V2O5产品。考察了初始pH、温度、反应时间、wFe/wAs、静置沉淀pH等因素对除砷率和钒损的影响。试验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:初始pH=3,温度40℃,wFe/wAs=4-5,反应时间40-50 min,然后加入NaOH调节pH至6,保温10 min,静置12 h。在此条件下,得到As的去除率大于85%,V的损失率小于5%。溶液中的As含量小于0.08 g/L,得到的V2O5(纯度98%)产品中As含量小于0.01%,符合行业标准YB/T 5304-2011。According to the higher arsenic content in the leaching solution of roasted vanadium slag produced in steel making with vanadium titanium magnetite from Hongge south mining area,ferric salt was used for arsenic removal to prepare high purity V2O5. The effects of initial pH,reaction temperature and time,ratio of Fe and As( wFe/wAs),and pH for static settlement on the rates of arsenic removal and vanadium loss were investigated. The results show that the optimum process parameters are as follows: initial pH = 3,reaction at 40°C for 40 - 50 min with wFe/wAs= 4 - 5,then the solution pH is adjusted at 6with NaOH,insulating for 10 min and standing for 12 h. Under the optimum conditions,more than 85%arsenic can be removed with less than 5% of vanadium loss. The content of arsenic in solution is less than0.08 g/L,and the arsenic content in the obtained V2O5( 98% purity) is less than 0.01% meeting the standard YB/T 5304-2011.
